The Rural Property Registration Certificate (CCIR) is an essential document issued by the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (Incra). It is required for various legal transactions, including transfer, lease, mortgage, subdivision, and division of property (due to divorce or inheritance), as well as securing bank financing. Importantly, the information contained within the CCIR is purely cadastral and does not confer any rights of ownership or possession.

The application caters to both individual and corporate property owners, providing the CCIR in a PDF format, which necessitates a compatible reader for access.

Once the CCIR has been issued, a button will appear allowing users to copy the barcode from the generated certificate, streamlining the payment process through banking institutions. This feature is accessible only for documents that have pending payments.

It is noteworthy that the CCIR produced by the mobile application is identical to that generated via the web system.
